1. The 5-Business-Day Rule
To provide a fair and consistent service to all students, we require a minimum of 5 business days' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of lessons or driving tests.

Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
2. Rescheduling Your Lessons & Tests

Standard Lessons: You may reschedule individual lessons at any time free of charge, subject to the availability of Premier Driver Training.

Driving Tests: Due to specialized scheduling, driving tests cannot be rescheduled within 5 business days of the commencement of your training (your first lesson) or at any point after your training has started. Any such request will be treated as a cancellation (see Section 3), and a new test booking will be required.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel your booking or miss a lesson, the following terms apply:

More than 5 business days Before Training: You may cancel your entire booking free of charge (100% refund) if the request is made at least 5 business days before the commencement of your first lesson.

Late Cancellation: To reflect our loss of opportunity to rebook your reserved slots, a cancellation fee applies. You will receive a 20% refund of the remaining value of the affected training block. The retained 80% serves as liquidated damages to cover the instructor's lost income and administrative costs.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice is considered a cancellation of that lesson. The lesson will be forfeited and the value deducted from your booking.
4. Extraordinary Circumstances & Fairness
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we may waive fees for documented medical emergencies or if we (the provider) are unable to supply the service (e.g., mechanical failure).

Medical Emergencies: Accompanied by a valid medical certificate.

Government-Mandated Restrictions: Such as sudden lockdowns or health orders.

Vehicle/Instructor Issues: If we must cancel or reschedule due to vehicle breakdown or instructor illness, you are entitled to a full reschedule or a 100% refund for that portion of the service.
5. Communication

All requests must be made via Phone (0488 666 902) or Email (info@premierdrivertraining.com.au).
6. General Terms

Availability: All rescheduling is dependent on current instructor availability. If a suitable alternative time cannot be found and you choose to cancel, the standard cancellation terms (Section 3) will apply.

Remaining Value: The value of the lessons/tests affected by the late cancellation.

Commencement of Training: The date and time of the first scheduled lesson in your booking.
